ATYPICAL LOT, EXTRAORDINARY DESIGN
When Kevin first began the design process with Montano’s Landscaping for his home in Aurora, IL, he was only interested in having a fire pit installed to enhance his outdoor living space. Not long before the construction was set to take place, Kevin decided he wanted to incorporate a pool and a complete backyard overhaul. With careful design, planning, and implementation, a truly extraordinary space came to fruition.
PURPOSEFUL ELEMENTS
No Detail Overlooked
With a pie-shaped lot, fitting in all the design elements Kevin wanted was no small feat, but the Montano’s team loved the opportunity to create something one-of-a-kind. Each element was uniquely incorporated to maximize the available space.
The pool features beautiful Unilock Bristol Valley pavers, accented with black Town Hall pavers, and Umbriano coping to create a fresh, modern design. The fire bowls and fountain water features are visually stunning and make for a great conversation piece with guests. The evo grill is the envy of anyone who loves to cook, particularly since the chef can still visit with family and guests. And, the epitome of thoughtful functionality - the fire pit is portable, so it can be moved wherever Kevin and his guests are as they enjoy the outdoor space.
