Rick and Debbie’s main priority with their landscaping overhaul in Lisle was one many busy people can relate to - reducing the maintenance necessary to keep their space looking beautiful. They had a wood deck that nicely complemented the mature trees lining the property, but it required staining every year to keep it looking fresh and clean. The natural solution? Beautiful stone pavers.

Unique Ideas for Unique Projects
No two projects are alike, and Rick and Debbie’s front and back patios are a prime example. They selected Montano’s Landscaping first for their backyard renovation. Although they had general ideas of what they wanted, they leaned on Carlos to provide a design that incorporated their ideas while also making sure it was functional and met their outdoor living needs.
The end result was a backyard that feels like part of the wooded landscape, complete with a rustic stone wall and fire pit. Even the landscape lighting selected provides just enough ambiance without being too bright that it feels out of place.
Thanks to a storm taking out the front walkway, Montano’s completed a second project for Rick and Debbie. Again, they trusted Carlos to bring his ideas and experience. The new patio and walkway are modern, while still honoring the natural environment surrounding the property. The patios look and feel cohesive, though they were constructed several years apart.
